1. Creative is the new targeting

With audience targeting commoditized, creative is the only sustainable lever. The winning teams ship 10–20 net-new creatives per week and let the algorithms find product-market fit at the asset level.

2. Incrementality over attribution

Attribution lies. Incrementality tells you what actually drove a conversion that would not have happened otherwise. Holdout tests are now table stakes.
